This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid memberships on Market Study · Live Bias Desk. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1 Nature of the Product
Membership grants access to a digital educational service for a fixed period (currently ₹100 for 7 days). Because access is delivered digitally and immediately upon admin verification, memberships are generally non-refundable once activated.
2 Before Activation
- If you have made a payment but your account has not yet been activated, and you believe the payment was made in error, contact us within 24 hours with your payment details.
- If we confirm the payment was duplicated or charged in error and access was not granted, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
3 After Activation
- Once your membership is activated and access is granted, the fee is non-refundable, whether or not you use the features during the validity period.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds are provided for the unused portion of a membership period.
4 Failed or Rejected Payments
- If your uploaded receipt cannot be verified, your account stays in Pending status and no charge is collected by us (you pay directly via your own app).
- If you were debited by your bank/UPI app but the payment did not reach the intended account, that is a matter between you and your payment provider; please raise it with them.
5 Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time. Memberships do not auto-renew — access simply expires at the end of the paid period unless you choose to renew. There is nothing to "cancel" to avoid future charges.
6 How to Request a Refund
Eligible refund requests (per Section 2) should be emailed to ssvp@biasdesk.in with your registered name, mobile/email, payment date, amount, and transaction reference. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
